		<description>I could get behind this fully. It&#039;s amazing how they create the massive cube farms and expect people to be creative in that environment. I remember the debate that the class had in my SWE5001 Software Engineering 1 course about whether writing software was a science or an art. I hold the belief that it is a good mix of both... and the art side of it is not well handled by many large corporations... or even small companies for that matter.</description>
